Italian from Abruzzo, region in central Italy bathed by the Adriatic Sea, has been based in Portugal for twelve years.

With experience in catering, particularly in Germany and Brazil, he worked as a "private chef" in Europe.

He also dedicated himself to the production of olive oil and wine and has a sommelier training.

He missed the good food of his home country, made with truly Italian ingredients, and in good time decided to create an authentic restaurant. He offers customers fresh and authentic products as in his own home. Always with great sympathy and great soul!
